Mibabbo serves a Tuscan inspired cuisine from our Chef Roberta Magnani in a charming and intimate space. Our menu changes seasonally, proposing Tuscan Slow Food cuisine in many of our dishes and offering fresh ingredients every day. You will find homemade pasta, traditional soups, typical tuscan salami and meat of course, cooked in a particular charcoal oven giving it a unique taste.
Finally, do not miss the traditional Florentine pizza and focaccia from our wood oven, which is light and digestible because the pastry rises and matures for 24 hours before being cooked.
Wood, cast iron, and bricks are the simple ingredients for the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the restaurant.
